1. When will my Dream Maker Spa be shipped?
   Your new spa will be shipped usually within 7 business days by freight truck. Usually, you can expect delivery within 12 days from finalizing your order. Delivery time can take up to 21 days under extreme circumstances, but in most cases will arrive within 12 days. You will be contacted by the carrier to provide you with the expected arrival day and time and to confirm you will be available for the delivery. Your spa is delivered directly to your curbside. Please note it is the customer's responsibility to move the unit from curbside to the final location.
    
2. How does my spa heat up without an electric heat element?
   Dream Maker Spas work on Heat Stick technology. The Heat Stick is a friction heater that forces the water molecules to collide with each other to create friction, which in turn creates kinetic energy and heat. It is a PVC pipe divided into 12 small sections. All of the water that goes through your spa is forced through these small sections. By forcing fast moving water into these tight spaces, the molecules collide with each other to create friction, and therefore heat. After they go through the 12 small chambers, they meet up in an empty chamber, where a vortex is created. This vortex forces the water to circulate as fast as it can, which creates additional heat. Since there is no heating element to corrode, this avoids the number one problem that spa customers see - a broken heating element due to corrosion from chemicals and water. Since this spa uses no elctrical heating element, this spa is less expensive to operate.
    
3. Do I need special plumbing?
   No! The spa is manufactured to be completely self-contained. It is entirely pre-plumbed and ready to go. Just fill with water and plug it into a standard 115v outlet.
    
4. Can portable spas really be used to help relieve the pain from arthritis?
   Yes! The National Arthritis Foundation has endorsed water therapy associated with spas as an effective treatment for the disease.
